Our products have a shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of manufacturing. All products shipped out to you will have a minimum of 6 months shelf life. Anything less we ourselves shall consume.

The product turns brown because no sulphur dioxide (E220) added which is widely used as a food preservative. If the products is within Best Before Date, it is safe for consumption.
